"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business due to their poor customer service. I've been with this agent for over 20 years, and since the change in ownership a few years ago, it's been a nightmare. It's really disappointing! Simple questions were met with vague or impatient responses, and it felt like helping customers was more of a burden than a priority. There was no effort to resolve my concerns or ensure I left satisfied. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. i will be transferring to another state farm agency!"

"I have been with this State Farm office for many years now. They recently changed agents as the previous agent retired, but I have seen no difference in the service that I get. I must say that Tom, who usually greets me when I go into the office or answers the phone if I call, has been nothing but fabulous. I recently got in a car accident and Tom Araujo has helped walk me through everything."
